1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VoicePay Pro (the "Service"), operated by FeltSense, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
VoicePay Pro provides a voice payment processing platform that enables businesses to collect card payments through voice AI agents. The Service includes a REST API, developer dashboard, webhook notifications, real-time analytics, and related documentation.
3. Account Registration & API Keys
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. API keys are issued per-project and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to process fraudulent transactions, to attempt to circumvent security measures, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws and payment card industry regulations when using the Service.
5. Payment Processing & PCI Compliance
VoicePay Pro is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Cardholder data is tokenized immediately upon receipt and never stored in raw form. You agree not to store, log, or transmit raw card data outside of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your integration complies with PCI-DSS requirements applicable to your merchant level.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its API, documentation, dashboard, and all related intellectual property, is owned by FeltSense. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service.
7. Data Collection & Privacy

8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Paid plans include SLA guarantees as specified in your plan terms. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeltSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or its users. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your right to access the Service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
