VoicePay Pro is a voice payment processing service operated by FeltSense. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website, API, dashboard, and related services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

  • Account information: email address, name, and company name provided during registration.
  • Email addresses submitted through demo access forms and waitlist signups.
  • Payment card data: card numbers, expiry dates, and CVV codes submitted during voice payment sessions. This data is tokenized immediately and never stored in raw form, in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1.
  • API usage data: API key usage, request logs, session metadata, and webhook delivery records.
  • Dashboard usage: pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns within the VoicePay Pro dashboard.
  • Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the VoicePay Pro service.
  • To process payment transactions securely on your behalf.
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, API key issuance, security alerts).
  • To communicate product updates, service changes, and relevant announcements.
  • To monitor for fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve our platform.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with payment gateway providers (such as Stripe and Adyen) as necessary to process transactions. We may also share data with infrastructure providers who help us operate the Service, all of whom are bound by data processing agreements. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Payment card data is tokenized immediately upon receipt and stored in PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. 6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. API usage logs and session data are retained for 12 months. Payment card tokens are retained for the duration of the transaction lifecycle. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain session state and authentication. We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our dashboard. VoicePay Pro is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
